A rare visit and special seminar at Aikido of Santa Cruz:
SUNDAY, MARCH 10th 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
RASO HULTGREN SHIHAN, 7th dan, Aikido of Missoula, Montana
Raso Hultgren Shihan, 7th dan, has been the chief instructor of Aikido of Missoula, Montana, since 1990. She is a personal student of Mitsugi Saotome Shihan, 8th dan (a direct student of O-Sensei). As one of the senior teachers in Saotome Sensei's ASU organization, she teaches widely. Raso Sensei began her study of Aikido in 1971, in Santa Cruz, and was one of the founding members and instructors of Aikido of Santa Cruz (North Bay Aikido). Let's give her a warm welcome back!
Dynamic movement and a fascination with the way flowing energies meet and merge have always been at the heart of Raso Sensei's training. She has also been deeply influenced by a love of wild nature and a decades-long involvement with meditation.
